Too many things are on Vidya Balan's head right now. She is literally totally freaked out big time these days.
Reason being, firstly, she is under pressure to play a challenging role such as Silk Smitha itself for Dirty Picture. Secondly, she had to gain lots of weight to portray the real actress. And lastly, she has to wear some very skimpy outfits for the role too.
So, all these three factors combined are really taking its toll on Vidya these days. Well, we can hope that she will deliver a great performance and all the hard work will pay her well at the end!
