Lindsay Lohan Went To Prison But Was Released After Five Hours

Lindsay Lohan was briefly jailed on Friday as the Los Angeles judge, Stephanie Sautner downgraded her jewellery theft but sentenced her to four months behind bars for violating her probation.

Lindsay Lohan looked confused and distressed on Friday after hearing this and was taken immediately to prison from court after the day long hearing session in the court for her $2500 gold necklace theft.

Her jewellery charges were reduced to a misdemeanour from a more serious crime and might just reduce to a one year time behind bars if she is eventually convicted. However, judge felt the evidence suggested that she intended to steal the jewellery.

She ruled that Lohan had violated her probation for a 2007 drunk driving and cocaine possession incident. So she sentenced her to 120 days jail and 480 hours community service in a morgue and women's prison.

Lindsay's lawyer filed an appeal immediately. She was released later in the day after five hours behind the bars. Her lawyer argued that she was distracted and absent minded when she left the store with the necklace but she didn't steal.

Lindsay Lohan has merely destroyed her acting career herself as she been too busy with her rehabs, prison and courtroom episodes since 2007. She was offered a role in film by John Gotti but it is not clear how she would be a part of the shooting with her case, prison visits etc.

John Foreman, father of a boy who was killed at the age of five in 1975 has released a statement that has shaken quite a few in United States.

Michael Woodmansee was convicted of the second degree murder of John's five year old son - Jason whom he brutally killed in 1975 in Rhode Island. Woodmansee was sent to prison for 40 years in 1982 but the plea bargain deal has allowed him to be released 12 years earlier because of his good behavior. He might be a free man by August.

However, John Foreman has not forgiven nor forgotten Michael Woodmansee for the way he killed his five year old son many years ago. John has openly told the press that if Michael will be released out of prison soon he will kill him. He says he can not forget the details of how he barbarically killed his son Jason. According to police journals, Michael had eaten the flesh of his five year son also in the entire process. John wants to kill Michael as aggressively and painfully as he killed his son because he can't forget these details of him eating his son's flesh.

John Foreman said:

"I do intend, if this man is released anywhere in my vicinity, or if I can find him after the fact, I do intend to kill this man,"

"I cannot think, I cannot sleep. All I think about is trying to find a way to get this man to kill him."

John Foreman blames himself for even accepting the plea deal in the first place and he can't really take it if somebody else's life will be in danger because of the release of this man.

Anyhow, as per the law and Rhode Island's Department of Correction the only way an inmate can lose his entitlement to an early release is if he ends up doing something wrong and prove his behavior is not really good. Though a request has been made to keep Michael in the prison only.

Common people who have heard this news are only supporting John Foreman because they can understand the torture and pain he has gone through because of his son's brutal murder at the hands of Michael Woodmansee. Some people are wishing him luck while some want to give no comments.

In this movie, Don will spend some time in the prison as well, as we can see from the pictures above. There is a lot of attitude in his look and eyes though. I hope it's better than the 1st part, which was a terrible re-make of the original Don.
