Jalebi Bai - Double Dhamaal

Jalebi Bai from the movie Double Dhamaal is just another number that had to be put up in our collections here.
I am a little confused whether I like it or dislike it. My sane side tells me I'm not really going to fall for a song named Jalebi Bai ever :P but I also have a feeling this song won't be ignored.

There are always an audience that loves such music and songs. Therefore, Jalebi Bai will make space for itself.

However, I don't want to be biased as I do feel Mallika Sherawat looks pretty hot in this song. Her figure, hair and over all appearance is pretty awesome. She definitely steals the show. Compared to her appearance in Razia...I give her 10/10 for Jalebi Bai.

As for the movie, since I am not a fan of the Dhamal and Double Dhamaal series so there is nothing that I can really contribute on that. But for all those Jalebi Bai fans, you can enjoy the song one more time.

Double Dhamaal Faced Censor Board Issues For Mocking Barbara Mori

Remember my post earlier on Ashish Chaudhary that he worked hard to portray the role of a sexy woman by using silicone implants and prosthetics in Indra Kumar's Double Dhamaal? Well, now the recent update on that is the Censor Board's criticism on the whole scene.

Ashish calls himself - "Barbara Hori" as he wears drags for the entire scene. It was quite obvious looking from his Spanish accent and the name that they was mocking Barbara Mori (the lead actress in Kites).

Apparently, the Censor Board has announced that the word "Hori" is quite offensive. The sources say that this was pretty much expected from the Censor Board because Indra made a huge mistake by using such an offensive name.

The Censor Board CEO, Pankaja Thakur clearly explained there is no question of U or A certificate here because it is not a sexual comedy where a filmmaker wants to retain the name for some reason. "Barbara Hori" can just not go on screen because it is talking about a woman's dignity rather than a Bollywood or a Hollywood heroine although it is quite evident who the actor was referring to with his Spanish dialect.

As a result, Ashish and a few other actors had to redub all the dialogues and change name to "Barbara Gori".

Well, good move by the Censor Board...what the hell was the filmmaker thinking? Barbara Mori was such a flop actress and these people were making fun of her...very low.

Ashish Chowdhry As A Sexy Woman

Ashish Chowdhry has received lots of praise from his friends and fans for this new look of his. Ashish had to tone down his very macho body for his role in 'Double Dhamaal'.

Ashish is playing multiple characters in the movie and for one of the characters he will be seen portraying this sexy woman trying to seduce Sanjay Dutt. Since Ashish himself has an impressive macho body, he and the director decided that he should tone down his body to look like a sexy chic.

I think, Ashish looks pretty sweet from the face in the women get up though his body does look quite broad even now. But compared to all the other men who portrayed female characters, he definitely stands out in a positive way.

Others in the cast include, Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukj, Javed Jafri, Mallika Sherawat, Kangna Ranaut and Satish Kaushik.

The truth about Mallika Sherawat & Kangana Ranaut

Just like always too many rumours are circulating & we may never know the truth. On second thought, many of us are not even interested in the real story. We just want masala on a daily basis. Some people have been spreading rumors that Mallika Sherawat is having issues with Kangana. Both the ladies are shooting for Indra Kumar’s Double Dhamaal, which is the sequel of Dhamaal.

Mallika was not in the mood of explaining, but she is an intelligent woman. She just posted her picture with Kangana on a social website with the caption ‘the truth about me & Kangana Ranaut.’ This was definitely a smart move.

Now I’m going to use the rotten line. A picture is worth a thousand words & maybe this holds true in this particular case. We can’t see any negative vibes. I guess some people are only interested in rumours, assumptions & fuck ups.
