While reporting about the latest updates we sometimes tend to forget the super stars of the yester years. Sridevi is one such celebrity who has been the biggest stars of her times. Sridevi was born in 1963 and has acted in hundreds of Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Telegu films for which she has won many awards as well.

Sridevi started acting when she was only four years old but started getting attention from the late 70's. She was known for her big eyes and ever youthful looks. She worked with people much older and much younger than herself but she remained to look like a timeless beauty.

She has won awards for her performances in various films in different languages. She has won four Filmfare awards for best actress category in ten years time.  She was nominated for Filmfare best actress category eight times otherwise when she didn't win the award.

She married Boney Kapoor the famous producer and brother of Indian actor Anil Kapoor in 1996. She left the film industry in 1997 to take care of her children. She is the only Indian actress who is known as the "Female Amitabh" and the "The First Female Super Star of Bollywood." She ruled the industry for more than ten years and was one of the most highest paid actresses as well.

After her retirement she has focused a lot on painting, which is recognized at an international level as well. She donates the money that is received through the auction of her paintings.

Lamhe was my favorite film of all time. Sridevi won the Filmfare Best Actress award for this movie. The songs were too good in this movie. Must have watched this movie and this scene a zillion times.

Happy Birthday Bipasha

It is Bipasha Basu's birthday today (7th Jan). She is now 32 years old and is all happy to grow an year older. She is promising her friends to give them better films in the future.

"I celebrate my birthday fr a week! Starting now! Thank god fr this day when I was born! I love my life! Thank u all fr ur sweet wishes!,” she tweeted to her fans.

Bipasha was a popular model before she entered films. She was the winner of the Ford’s Godrej Cinthol Supermodel contest in 1996.In 2005 and 2007, UK magazine Eastern Eye named Basu the “Sexiest Woman in Asia”.

Yes, we remember that when she was young she didn't know much about angles and that was the reason why a lot of her body was revealed in an unreleased commercial. However, very much willingly on her birthday, we her topless on the cover of MAXIM this month. She does look hot. India has very few hotties in the real sense ...perhaps Bipasha is one of them.

When I read that Mandira is the 2^nd woman after Mamta who had exposed in this manner, I just couldn’t believe it. I’m sure there are many others, but these are just few pics.

Lately Tanushree Dutta said that she wouldn’t expose, but we discovered on the very same day that there is just no need for her to take the step that she has already taken. People didn’t get excited the 1^st time.
