Katy Perry is tired of being famous

The latest update on Katy Perry is that she’s fed up with her fame. She has graced the cover of Teen Vogue & this is what she told the magazine:

“I’m tired of being famous already! But I’m not tired of creating. Fame is, I think, just a disgusting by-product of what I do. It’s a delicate creature – a wild animal of sorts. It can love you, and then it can attack you. But really, I stopped focusing on what other people think a while ago.”

Ahan! So when are you going off the screen? :P

If a person is this fed up as she claims to be so, then he/ she should leave everything & vanish in thin air, but they all want to see themselves more than people. I’m sure things must be tough on her as we all know about her break-up. And fans could be equally annoying when you’re down. Anyway, everything has a price. And according to Katy, fame is a wild animal of sorts. It means if you’re not famous, you shouldn’t crave for it. But when you’re famous, you have the right to give interview after interview complaining about being famous. Fair enough!

The cover is okay. I like her blue hair though.

We also discovered one more thing. She was also offered a small role in the Oscar winning film The Help, but she said no as she was busy promoting her single.

“There was a time when I was going to be involved in The Help. Just a small part, I wasn't going to be Emma Stone or anything - but I couldn't because the shooting schedule conflicted with the release of my record. I was upset about that; I knew it was going to be an important film. Not that I need to do drama first, but I do want to do something that makes a strong impression.”

It’s kind of controversial when you claim to be disgusted with your fame & yet you regret not working in an important film, cause you still yearn to make a strong impression.

We hardly come across intelligent talkers.
