It happens to be the 20th anniversary of Fitness magazine & Elle is just the right person for the cover.
Elle Macpherson is 48 year old & she has a really cool figure but this woman works hard to keep it this way. In fact she works out daily to stay in shape.
“I do an hour every day of some kind of physical activity. I mix it up. If I'm in the mountains I ski, if I'm near water I'll swim. I might do a yoga or Spin class. I also take my running shoes and iPod with me wherever I go. Running is not only a really effective way to stay fit, it’s a sort of moving meditation and a great way to explore new towns when I’m traveling. I’m almost 50, so I obviously don’t have the same body that I had when I was 20. But I also don’t have the same mindset either, when I was wracked with self-consciousness and insecurity.”
Although I find the cover just okay but this woman is almost 50 & what I like is the fact that it’s possible to stay physically fit even in your 50s. You can see for yourself that she looks incredible in other two pictures.
And if you don’t take care of your figure, then who else will? You too can have a kick-ass body. Instead of whining, work on it & stay happy!
