We all remember that dirty episode of Koffee with Karan when Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor made lots of fun of Ranbir Kapoor's sexuality. Deepika was ready to gift Ranbir condoms while Sonam made fun of his Saawariya towel act. The episode was quite bitchy all in all.
That episode made daddy Rishi Kapoor quite upset. He was angry that Karan Johar instigated his guests and that's how the guests spoke badly of his son Ranbir. Rishi was so furious he even decided to disassociate himself from Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
Then came in many reports that with this bitter state, Ranbir and Ayan Mukherjee will not work together as well. Ayan was supposed to direct a movie with Ranbir in the main cast and the movie was to be produced by Karan Johar. However, it was believed the two will not work together again. Ranbir and Ayan worked together in the hit movie Wake Up Sid before.
But Karan Johar who maintained his silence throughout finally said that Ranbir and Ayan are like family members. Their project is definitely on and will begin once Ranbir is done working on BARFI.
