How could anyone of us forget the movie Aainaa! I still remember PTV used to show this film every Eid. It was literally every Eid...it's not an exaggeration. Those were some days! It's another thing we don't miss anything about those days...at least I don't. I know a lot of people who just want to stay nostalgic 24/7. Sometimes I wonder how do they manage it & what's so great thinking about the past.
But I must say that both Nadeem & Shabnum have got class. They never looked cheap. And even today both of them look decent, cause they are decent. And Shabnum had a good figure. They even made an Indian movie 'Pyaar Jhukta Nahin' after getting inspired by Aaina. That too was fine, but Aainaa is Aainaa, so there's just no comparison. And then you know I've always liked Nadeem.
Anyhow, there was this particular scene in which Nadeem says, ‘Goodbye & Good luck!’ to Shabnum & leaves her at the beach. That scene still bothers me to this day. Why would a little boy leave his little girl all alone at the beach? Or maybe heroes were allowed to do that?
Whatever it is, I hope you guys enjoy this song. Alamgir & Mehnaz have done a good job. Plus Nadeem & Shabnum look really sweet.
