Hrithik Roshan Got Hurt While Shooting For Agneepath Remake

Hrithik Roshan has started shooting for Agneepath's remake, which is being produced by Dharma productions. In the remake version, Hrithik will play the role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan and Sanjay Dutt will play the role of Kaancha Seth.

The original movie was a box office hit and won many best actor awards for Amitabh Bachchan and supporting actor awards for Mithun Chakraborty in 1990.

When it was announced that Hrithik would be playing the new Vijay Dinanath Chauhan, Abhishek Bachchan suffered from a fit of jealousy. He even hinted his dismay on Koffee with Karan in a so called cool way. Perhaps, he feels he is the only one who can portray the roles his father has done.

Karan Johar made is clear that the remake will have quite a few different things like there is going to be no character of Mithun Chakraborty and a few other things will change too but the crux of the story will remain the same.

Hrithik was busy shooting in Versova for he filmm and he accidentally hurt himself while acting in a scene where he was breaking a coconut on the ground. His had was bleeding and there was a deep cut. The shoot was stopped till Hrithik was given first aid.

An opportunist senior unit member who was there when the little accident took place expressed his emotions that do not consider it sadistic pleasure but it is a superstition that whenever any actor is injured and bleeds on the sets, the film turns out to be a super hit.

Perhaps this man was trying to please Karan Johar. I don't think the superstition is that true. Remember Amitabh Bachchan's film Koolie...the man ended up with major health problems but the movie was not a hit.
