Crystal Renn and Karolina Kurkova in a little creepy photo shoot

I certainly cannot call them clinically cool or fashionably deranged but I think the idea of corrupt insane asylum is cool. Although I do find the photo shoot a little creepy but they have both done a good job. Over all, the shoot has been done nicely. And this kind of art ought to be admired & it would be even better if people try to understand the problem of people residing in mental asylums. They are also humans & while we continue with our lives, they are being abused somewhere. Many people even presume that mentally ill patients are attention seekers. I think it’s about time idiots wake up.

And yes where are all the feminists & human rights activists? They need to speak up for the mentally ill but I’m sure no one will, cause 99 % of human population doesn’t give a damn to this kind of problem. Since they make so much noise over everything, this topic also needs a bit of their attention :P Should this kind of art be allowed?

Anyhow, Crystal Renn is shown as a mentally ill patient who is very much disturbed whereas Karolina Kurova has been portrayed as a sadistic nurse who abuses her patient. They both have been convincing. And this shoot has been done for Steven Klein-lensed editorial for Interview Magazine, called “Strict Institution.”

I give them 8 out of 10. They have certainly created the atmosphere. Now it’s up to people to grasp the meaning.
