Sorry I haven’t been able to understand the theme. The props in this shoot such as a giant crayon, a shower head, diner stools, and a swordfish make it all the more difficult for me. I have no idea as to what it means. I’m at a loss & I really don't care.
And you won’t believe that even on such a day, I happen to be talking about the photography of Terry Richardson.
Moreover the editorial is called “The Girl Can’t Help It” & I don’t think it helps one bit.
Yeah Candice looks different & different can be good or bad. But I’m not even in the mood to go into that. And it reminds me that Candice is the person who believes her modeling is revenge cause some teenagers used to tease her. This kind of photo shoot is for such losers no doubt!
Terry Richardson is quite an over-rated thing. Just like Marlowe who can be sensed everywhere in his writings, you could see Terry Richardson in his work & only he can like that. Whenever I see most of his work, I have a feeling I'm in a dirty bathroom.
And this is done for the June 2012 issue of Vogue Japan.
Anyhow, I think it's too funky & deadly, & some people would just love it.
