I think the best option is to tell the person about your feelings. It’s good for you & good for the other person. Who knows maybe he/she will only come across crap later on :P And maybe you won’t feel this way again.
Saying doesn’t mean you should get down on your knees & beg the person to fall for you. That is not cool at all. Love cannot be forced. It happens naturally.
Anyway, I like these lines for obvious reason:

Some people never tell & I often wonder how do they manage to live with it. It must be epic torture kind of thing for them.
No matter how much strongly you feel about the person & I think saying that you can’t live without someone requires a lot of courage. And it’s literally impossible to say certain things. You can feel them but when you say them, they don’t even sound that awesome.
