These photos were taken by her make-up artist Allan Whitey Snyder. Whenever Marilyn felt nervous on the set, she would ask her make-up artist to photograph her & that used to calm her down.
Whitney Snyder was her make-up artist for 16 years. They met when Marilyn Monroe had her first screen test at 20th Century Fox 1946. He was quite a trusted friend.
You could see a carefree Marilyn. Since she’s one of my favourites, I like posting on her. It’s not much fun when you post covers of several artists. There’s nothing about the covers, except that they are celebrities. But Marilyn is someone who would always look sexy. She never looked mean and cunning how stars look these days.
