A man updated his FB status after killing 2 people

Last night I read this terrible story. Bart Heller committed suicide after killing Ryann Tipton & Erin Jehl in Indiana but he scribbled this status after murdering these 2 people:

"someone call 911. three dead bodies at 3229 lima road fort wayne indiana. I've killed ryann, erin, and myself. people were warned not to f***ing play me and ruin me. they didn't listen. sorry about your luck."

He did attach immense significance to FB. You’ve got to be totally out of your mind after killing 2 people & this person was about to commit suicide. Anyhow this status update was seen by an acquaintance named Nancy Lopez who at first thought it could be a hoax but then she called up the police.

Both the victims were 19 whereas Bart himself was in his 40s. Actually Bart had a relationship with Erin but he got jealous of her friendship with Ryann & so he killed them both before committing suicide himself. How convenient! Whatever the case was, I don’t think anyone has the right to kill people just like that. He was not just aged. I think he was also demented to some extent. When you have a relationship with such a young girl, you’re bound to get jealous. In fact, people do get jealous in relationships but that doesn’t mean they should murder everyone that fucking play them.

Anyway this is what one of the acquaintances of Bart said:

"They're all very platonic friends, but they all are very touchy, feely, huggy. They're good people, and it's my understanding it got on Bart's nerves really bad and he just cracked,” said Cynthia Noble, who knew Heller.

And this entire thing of updating his FB status is quite weird. First you kill 2 people & then you have the time to even write down this kind of status. He could have called the police himself before taking his own life rather than upsetting people in his circle.

The other day I also read about a woman who burnt the house of her friend just because she deleted her from FB. Although there was not much damage done but this was sheer madness. We delete people & people delete us. What’s the big deal about it? You don’t go & cause them trouble to satisfy your ego. And who cares if you have an ego that's the size of universe! I think people take FB way too seriously. Ever since I have stopped playing games, I really don’t see any charm in FB at all. But such instances prove we are surrounded by really mad people & FB definitely is over-rated.
