Katy Perry looks absolutely stunning in a new shoot for the March issue of Interview Magazine. But she looks very different & yes unrecognizable. In fact she doesn’t look like herself. They work so much on the photo these days that it become somebody else’s face. Totally unrecognizable! Too deceptive & artificial!
Anyhow, I guess we all like to be deceived. I read about this study the other day in which people are being such hypocrites. They have issues when the pictures of models are totally unrecognizable & they complain that now they are no more looking at real people in magazines but it’s okay if that is done with their own pictures. They are all hypocrites. The rules changes, if it’s their own photo. That is not fair.
Moreover, I also read something hilarious in one of the dailies that Katy’s ex-husband must be regretting now after seeing this cover. Moreover looking good is the best revenge & Katy is now a living proof of that statement. The media has such a bad habit of presuming everything. Katy Perry is looking awesome but what’s the point of talking about her ex-husband who is with another woman? And I don’t think an average person picks & discards just on the basis of looks. How can they miss all the other factors? And I'm sure Russell Brand also knows what Photoshop does to the real face of a person. No doubt Katy Perry is pretty but she's not that hot as she has been depicted on this particular cover.
Russell Brand met this Mexican artist, Oriela Medellin, who is famous for her nude paintings at yoga class. But Oriela is not comfortable talking about their relationship. Just in case if you give damn she was seen leaving his apartment earlier this week after staying overnight. It seems Russell has moved on & it’s about time the media too should accept it.
“She shows a different side of herself on the Interview cover with thick, winged black eyeliner, pale lips and teased, bedhead hair. She appears to be wearing nothing more than a studded, sequinned bra, long, black gloves and chandelier earrings. This new look might be indicative of the singer's current state of mind: she's bold, brave and nothing is going to break her.”
The media seems to know it all :P Anyhow, the cover is cool & that’s what matters. It’s shot by Mikael Jansson & he has changed the entire look of Katy Perry. Good or bad...I do not know but the cover is not heavy on my eye.
