Conservationists Optimistic About Rare Rhino Pregnancy

This coming July we’re going to see the first captive birth of a Sumatran rhino in more than 114 years. Ratu is a nine-year-old rhino in Indonesia who is 10 months pregnant.

The Sumatran rhinoceros is one of the most endangered animals in the world, with fewer than 200 thought to exist in the wild. Poaching continues to be a major threat to the species, which has lost 50 percent of its population in the last 15 years.

We just hope everything goes fine & we are all waiting for Ratu’s baby like anything. Something ought to be done about this poaching, poachers & god-damn hunters. They are destroying this planet.
